President Ronald Reagan rejuvenated

      The year 1980 was a new decade and it started with a bang in the form of both natural and fabricated disasters including the eruption of Mount St Helens and the assassination of John Lennon. Ronald Reagan is elected and the second new right formed a policy approach and electoral apparatus that brought Ronald Reagan into the White House. The new right was organized in the American Enterprise Institute and the heritage foundation to counter the so-called liberal establishment. ( Huntington et al 2004)

       In the year 1980, the then president Ronald Reagan rejuvenated the conservatism Republican defense .The rejuvenation included the Ideology with tax cuts , greatly increased defense spending deregulation of a policy  ,the policy was all about rolling back communism ,giving the military the great strength it deserves and appealing to family values and conservative Judeo Christian Morality.

      The political polarized congress of today has its roots in the 1970s. There are various causes of the political polarization and this include political parties, redistricting the public’s political ideology and the mass media. There is a way that polarization impact political parties and Americans have become more polarized in the recent years as party members and elected officials are more likely to agree with the party platform and less likely to cross party lines on key issues.      Attitude polarization also known as belief polarization and polarization effect is a phenomenon in which a disagreement becomes more extreme as different parties consider evidence on the issue. (Theriaut S.M 2006)

 

Political Violence

Recent alterations to violent groups.

    In the United States, there are violent groups that cause alterations and composition of the two main political parties. It has created a latent force for violence that can be triggered by a variety of social events. The social events touch a number of interrelated identities and purposefully ignites partisan’s political purposes, the essay describes the history of such forces in the states thus sharing the risk factor for the election violence globally and how they are trending with some political parts to mitigate the problem.    Political violence have a long history in the United States since late 1960. It was carried[U1]  out by intensely ideological groups that pulled adherent out of the mainstream into clandestine self-such as Anti-imperialistic Weather Underground Organization or anti-abortion operation rescue. In the late 1960s and 70s, these violent fringes were mostly on the far left as they committed extensive violence largely against property (with notable exceptions) in the name of social environment and animals right courses. Starting in the late 70s, political violence shifted rightward with the rise of white supremacists, anti-abortion and militia groups. The number of violent events declined but target shifted from property to people-minorities, abortion providers and federal agents. (Klein et al 2018)

   A political party platform party program or party manifestos is a formal set of principles and goals which are supported by a political party or individual candidate, and it’s main aim is to appeal to the general public for the ultimate purpose of garnering the general public support and votes about complicated topics and issues.
