Audio-visual can be said to be electronic media whose coverage consists of both the sound and visual components. They can be used in educational matters, and some are used to transform information to a targeted audience. It can also be used for interactive purposes. The video shows a presentation that aims to give knowledge on how a student can make up for his day and achieve the daily activities and manage to make up for his classes. It has portrayed some elements, but it has not done it to the best level for the educative matter. 

                To ensure we achieve the best audio-visual presentation, we must consider the following elements: the audio-visual should make sure that it looks on the ethical matters in that it recognizes, interpret and act upon multiple principles and values according to the wanted human virtues, make sure that the facility is honest in covering its presentation. In considering legal responsibility, the audio-video needs to consider the legal virtues that have been put in place. We also need to consider other elements like; we need to understand the facility’s goal and have specific content on what outcome is desired with the production and its display plan. Always find the significant role of the facility and dwell on it. For instance, we are planning for an outpatient rehab facility. For the facility to create a more serene customer experience, one may want to consider the choice of the AV system will contribute. It is good to reduce clutter and stimuli that may later increase serenity in that one might prioritize wireless options and those with smooth sound options. Here, one may get a clear vision and goal at the outset, giving you a filter to make the right decisions along the way.  

            Another element we need to know is the audience’s needs so that the presentation should make the targeted audience be satisfied by the facility. We should create the design around the requirements. The facility should meet the audience’s needs and not make them start wondering on their mind how to find the intended content. During this, we consider attaining their freedom, more privacy, the better quality of life, which drives the selection of the best AV systems for everyone involved. 

               We also make consideration of the budgeting, considering the trendiest and priciest audio-visual is not bad. Still, it turns out reckless and useless if one does not meet the goals intended. One should go for things that exceed the needs but still fit nicely with the budget. Staffing is also essential since they make the facility succeed by their facilitation. They should work so that the government should not follow them through regulations. During this presentation, it is always good to consider the best machines while doing it, since they will make one presentation to be of high quality. For one’s production not to be found of sense, some weaknesses can be accompanied to the facility that makes it fail, which may include; not knowing the may goal of the presentation, through good planning is when one can identify the audience and how to make them satisfied. When one does not have a cooperating staff, he might fail since the right things are not done. 

                   We can have alternatives for this video; for instance, to make the presentation understood will, we can organize for the display to be done in one place and only vie picture and not moving videos. Also, ensure that we should not let the audience have their view without explanation since they may conclude or misinterpret. We should make sure everyone on the organizing team knows their role and understands what is needed. Instead of letting only one person take on the task of explaining, we might distribute the study into several participants to take on various roles to make the work easy and well understood to the targeted audience. Using the proper protocol may also be of good use during the recording. 

                 When given the mandate to make this presentation, I would consider the following to ensure that the goal of the intended purpose can be achieved well; first and foremost, I would consider the relevance, the facility must be relevant to the concept of presentation, the accuracy must also be followed to the best level, the presentation must also make sure that it has the motivation to the audience, it should also serve the audience with some interest, it should not be boring. Lastly, I would ensure that the facility contains comprehensibility. It must bring the relationship between the new experiences and the old experiences, and this also makes the audiences understand very well.
